Detection models are easy to buy. Running one is the hard part.

We operate fraud and integrity analytics as a managed service for government programs — tuned as the typologies shift, evidenced for audit, and built so you can take it back.

Sixteen claims. One worth an investigator's afternoon. Finding it is the easy half.

The pilot is not the problem

Most agencies have already run one. A model was built, it found something real, and the slide deck was well received. Then the person who built it moved on, the data schema changed, the fraud shifted, and nobody was accountable for any of it.

Eighteen months later the capability exists on paper and produces nothing that an investigator would act on.

The middle mile is where value is lost

Between a working model and a measurable recovery sits the unglamorous part: retraining as typologies change, triaging alerts into cases worth opening, feeding outcomes back into the model, and keeping an evidence trail that stands up to an auditor or a committee.

That work is continuous. It is the part consultancies cannot bill for and platform vendors do not do. It is what we do.

Two ways to engage us

These are commercially distinct. The first buys our time, the second buys an outcome.

Services

Fixed scope, priced on effort

Bounded engagements delivered by our people. Most relationships start here because they carry almost no risk for you.

  • Capability assessment — what you have and what it actually produces
  • Proof of concept against real data, in a fixed window
  • Data readiness and pipeline work
  • Independent model assurance and review
  • Operating model and handover advisory

Managed capability

Subscription, measured on what it finds

Our method and tooling, operated continuously against your data. This is the core of the business, and the only tier where we are paid on whether the capability keeps working.

  • Continuous detection, tuned to your program
  • Case triage into your existing investigation workflow
  • Typology library applied from day one
  • Assurance and measurement evidence trail

How the managed capability runs

A closed loop, not a delivery. Outcomes from investigations return to the models, which is the step that is almost always missing.

How an engagement runs

Nobody signs a managed service contract with a firm they have not worked with. So we start small and deliberately, and the last step is the one we are judged on.

  1. Scope one question

A specific integrity question, a defined dataset, an agreed measure of a useful answer.

  2. Prove it

Six to eight weeks against real data, ending in findings your investigators can act on.

  3. Operate it

The capability moves into continuous operation, measured on cases actioned and value recovered.

  4. Hand it over

Documentation, training, and transfer to your team. We plan this from the first week.

Start with one question

Tell us the program and the integrity problem you cannot currently see. If a proof of concept is not the right next step, we will say so.
